Brandi's customer service has been excellent. She has gone above and beyond from the time she started assisting me in planning our trip to Jamaica, she presented several different price packages based on what I told her my groups budget was and she assured me that every resort that she presented she had done thorough research on. No matter how many times or what time of day I emailed her with a question she always responds quickly. I have made probably about 5 or more changes to our reservation since booking back in August (which if it were me would have been frustrating) and not one time has her friendly personality changed. She remained pleasant and polite. A friend in our group is mobility impaired and Brandi has made sure that he will be well accommodated from the flight to the resort. I would definitely recommend Brandi to anyone I know looking for a travel agent and we are definitely using her again!

When our son got engaged, we told him that we wanted to give them their honeymoon. We wanted it to be perfect, but when we started looking online we became completely overwhelmed. Thankfully, a friend told me about Brandi. The first time I spoke to her, she put my mind at ease. My husband and I confidentially gave her our all in budget. Then, she met with Ryan and Addie to find out exactly what they were looking for in their honeymoon. She gave them amazing options to consider and my husband and I were so thrilled that they were all within our budget. Ryan and Addie chose the UNICO 20º87º, which is an adults-only all inclusive hotel in Riviera Maya. Brandi was able to secure them a room upgrade, booked their flights, and arranged their transfers. She made everything so easy for us. Ryan and Addie absolutely loved UNICO 20º87º and said their honeymoon was everything they had ever dreamed it would be!!! We will only use Brandi for our travel needs!!!

I love working with Brandi, I am a repeat customer which should provide a little insight on the quality of service I receive when working with Brandi. Brandi has always been very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and willing to go the extra mile not only to make sure that the planning stages are smooth but that the trip goes off without a hitch. My latest experience with her and trip to Alaska was no different but showed another level of Brandi's expertise. This trip had it's complexities considering multiple parties traveling from different locations to the same destination but looking for flexibility in the schedule to roam and also desiring the stability and comfort while there. Well, not only did Brandi make it happen, but she made it happen with the bells and whistles included. Little things like the itinerary printout that had destinations, directions, flight info, ticket info, and more. The reassurance check-ins that she provided. Overall excellent service; I'll be back!!
